Coats....

Hi Everyone...

I am excited to get another donation drive started. The season is changing and it is time to focus on children in need of coats :)

I will be posting more information about the coat drive but for now just start collecting coats, hats, gloves, and scarf's.

This winter let's wrap these children with love.

August -the end of September

Please be a part of starting a child's school year off right :)
Fill up a back pack.
All school supplies are needed as well as backpacks.


October -December

Wrap me with LOVE -Coat Drive

This Coat Drive is for children in need of winter coats. This includes outerwear accessories; gloves, hats, etc.

I am asking for brand new coats or slightly used coats. Please donate brand new outerwear accessories.


*If you knit hats, glove,etc. please feel free to donate these items.

What you are doing for the children is greatly appreciated.

Super Stars of the week...

I want to take this time out to give a special thanks to Carlita R, Cathy S, and Beth W. These ladies went the extra mile in helping. This has made a big difference in someones life.

Operation Backpack is starting. This will help school children that are below the poverty line or  children that live in homless shelters.This will be a great encourage for the children helping them move towards their bright future.

School Days.....

Summer vacation has just started but for some kids they will be going back to school next month!

For a lot of parents, it means uniforms, lunch money, and school supplies. Many things they  can't  provide. Let's help parents that can't provide all these things.

What does it take to spend $5 and buy crayons, pencils, pens, or notebooks for children in need?

It doesn't take much at all...school supplies start as little as 10 cents.

1st Annual - 100 to None Sandal Drive

I came up with the idea of donating sandals and flip flops to children in need. I started 100 to none Sandal Drive May 2011. I told family, friends and Co-workers about donating to children in foster care and a HIV camp. My goal was to get 100 sandals and donate them to the children. The out pour was great! There was more than 150 sandals donated! I was so happy to see everyone helped. The sandal drive is something I plan to do every summer and pray that it gets bigger.

These children are in need all year long. If you want to donate clothes, shoes, and school supplies.
